Empty one cap of Iomin solution into 1.5 litres of Alkaforce enhanced drinking water, shake thoroughly and allow to settle for 10 mins or more before consuming, the whole 1.5ltr of water must be consumed under 30 mins. After which meals can be eaten 2 hours later or more
